  5. Run the SETUP.EXE program from Windows using RUN under FILE.

  7. After Installation, if you get an OUT of MEMORY error while starting 
  8. up WTMS, it's probably caused by windows not having a big enough swapfile.
  9. WTMS does not use a lot of memory but you need at least a 2meg swapfile.

  11. A small swapfile may cause other problems within Windows.  To increase your 
  12. swapfile run the CONTROL PANNEL icon and select the 386 icon chip.  Then press
  13. the Virtual Memory button.  For complete information on how to setup a 
  14. Windows swapfile check the Windows manual.
